Financial Reports

Jane Street Group, LLC (the “Company” and together with JSG Finance, Inc., the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, the “Issuers”) has issued public notes (the “Notes”) in transactions not subject to the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Company will make annual and quarterly reports available in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes. The reports will be made available only to holders of the Notes, beneficial owners of the Notes, bona fide prospective investors of the Notes and securities analysts that, in each case, have completed the below “Request for Investor Information” (“Request Form”) and met the other requirements in the indenture. Any person requesting access to such reports is required to (i) keep confidential and not disclose or reveal such reports (and the information contained therein) and (ii) not use such reports and the information contained therein for any purpose other than their evaluation of their investment in the Notes.

Investor Conference Calls

The Company will host a quarterly teleconference call for holders of the Notes, beneficial owners of the Notes, bona fide prospective investors of the Notes and securities analysts that, in each case, have completed the below “Request for Investor Information” (“Request Form”) and met the other requirements in the indenture within 15 business days after the quarterly and annual reports are posted to the Company’s the password protected online data site (the “Site”) in accordance with the terms of the indenture governing the Notes. Prior to the quarterly call, the Company will announce the date and time of the call on the Company’s Intralinks site, which will contain details on how to access the call.
