Explaining our locals extension to OCaml

We've wrapped up our series of videos explaining how our locals extension works in OCaml. The extension is part of our mission to improve programmers' ability to control memory behavior in OCaml programs. Once the design settles (we're still experimenting with the syntax!), we hope to contribute this feature to upstream OCaml.
