STEM concepts sit at the center of our business, and the systems we build play an essential role in everything we do.

In this challenging multi-day program, we invite women, transgender, and gender-expansive people to learn how we use math, computer science, and probability concepts in trading.

This program was created for students about to start their first year of university. Participants will have the chance to meet some of our traders and technologists and learn how they transitioned from studying STEM subjects to careers at Jane Street.
